Monaris Hair Clinic was founded in 2012 by Dr. Arihant Surana in Defence Colony, South Delhi — with one founding conviction that has never wavered: the surgeon must perform every step of the procedure. In an industry where delegation to technicians had become the norm, this was — and remains — a radical position.
Dr. Surana had spent the preceding decade immersed in hair restoration at the highest levels. As Medical Head of DHI India from 2008 to 2012, he helped build India's first structured hair transplant network. As Medical Director of Alvi Armani India from 2012 to 2020, he worked directly with Dr. Baubac Hayatdavoudi MD — founder of the globally acclaimed Beverly Hills clinic — bringing world-class technique and protocol standards directly to Indian patients.
When he established Monaris, he distilled everything learned across those 12 years into a clinic built not for volume, but for results. Today, Monaris serves patients from across India at clinics in Defence Colony, South Delhi and Indore — with every procedure still performed exclusively by Dr. Surana himself.
