A hair transplant quotation is easier to compare when each clinic describes the same scope. Use this worksheet to request a dated, itemised proposal after an individual assessment. A headline price or technique name alone does not explain what is included.
Ask for a comparable written plan
Record the proposed treatment area, estimated graft count, the method and why it is being recommended. Ask how the plan accounts for donor availability and possible future hair loss. If two proposals differ, ask each clinician to explain the clinical reasons before comparing totals.

For each clinic, record the following items side by side:
- Clinic address and named operating surgeon
- Proposed treatment area and estimated graft count
- Who performs extraction, recipient-site slits and implantation
- Total quoted amount, currency and quotation validity
- Consultation, investigations, medicines and aftercare included
- Follow-up appointments and contact arrangements
- Taxes and any possible additional charges
- What happens if the graft estimate or treatment plan changes
- Deposit, cancellation and refund terms
- Travel and accommodation costs, if applicable
Clarify surgical responsibilities
At Monaris Hair Clinic, extraction and recipient-site slits are performed by Dr. Arihant Surana or the main surgeon. Confirm the operating surgeon and the responsibilities of other team members during your consultation. Ask for this information in your treatment plan.
Check what outcome claims mean
If a quotation includes a survival percentage, guarantee or before-and-after example, ask how the outcome was measured and what records support it. Ask the surgeon to explain the expected benefits, limitations, risks and follow-up for your case. This guide does not claim a clinic-specific success rate.
Include travel and follow-up
Monaris has clinics in Delhi and Indore. The Indore suite is 301. There is no Monaris clinic in Pune. Patients travelling from Pune should confirm their treatment location and follow-up arrangements before booking travel.
